We support people with a wide range of needs including older people, people living with disability, dementia or mental health issues, and people with learning difficulties. In addition we also offer specialist staff for supporting people living with autism and/or ADHD.
Our extensive experience and the quality of our carers mean that we have motivated staff available to effectively manage a diverse range of needs.
Our objective at all times is to help people to live their lives to the fullest potential whilst managing risk at the same time. A combination of experience and appropriate rigorous training ensures that we do this in line with the best practices available.
All of our staff members are fully trained in moving and handling, and in the correct use of the specialist equipment provided. In addition they are required to do continuous professional development in order to keep abreast of the latest standards.
